  • White pepper powder – ⅓ teaspoon
  • Mushroom powder – ⅓ teaspoon

  • Soak the vegetarian fin in water for about 3 hours until soft. Set aside.

  • Let the liquid reduce slightly, then turn off the heat. Plate and serve hot.
