Ingredients (serves 1-2 people)
- Flat rice noodles – 150g
- Medium king oyster mushrooms – 2
- Honey – 2 teaspoons
- Soy sauce – 3 teaspoons
- Garlic – 4-5 cloves (sliced)
- Cooking wine – 2 teaspoons
- Water – 2 teaspoons
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
Direction
- Boil the king oyster mushrooms for 2 minutes, then rinse them with cold water and drain well. Slice them thinly.
- Slice the garlic cloves.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Add the garlic slices and fry until fragrant.
- Add the mushroom slices and stir-fry on high heat. Pour in the cooking wine.
- Add 2 teaspoons of water and continue stir-frying.
- Add the rice noodles to the pan. Pour in the soy sauce and honey, and stir well.
- Stir until all the noodles are coated with the sauce. Serve hot!
