- Put the cleaned spinach into the pan. Stir-fry evenly with the fermented tofu and spinach until the spinach starts to soften and you can see the liquid in the pan increasing. This is because spinach contains water, and when heated in the pan, the water in the spinach will come out.
- Continue to stir-fry until the spinach softens and the liquid in the dish starts to reduce. The spinach with fermented tofu can be served on a plate now.
