Ingredients (serves 1-2 people)
- Lettuce (Iceberg or similar) – 200g
- Soy sauce – 4 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – ½ teaspoon
- Water – 800ml
Direction
- Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add vegetable oil.
- Add the lettuce and cook on high heat for about 2 minutes, until the lettuce softens slightly. Remove and place it on a plate.
- Pour the soy sauce over the lettuce and serve.
