Sautéed vegetable with garlic slices is a very common daily home cuisine at most of the families in the Asia. Today, we introduce the cooking method of this dish with an example of pak choi. The step-by-step direction is very straight forward and simple. It is believed that many people can cook this at home.
Ingredients (serve for 1-2 people)
- Garlic – around 3 cloves
- Ginger – around 3 slices
- Pak choi – around 400 g
- Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
- Water – 3 tablespoon
Direction
- Cut garlic cloves and ginger into slices
- Heat the sauce pan with high level of heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into a sauce pan
- Add slices of garlic and ginger into the heated sauce pan
- Put pak choi into the sauce pan and quickly stir-fry the vegetable
- Add water and salt into the sauce pan and cover the sauce pan with the lid for 3 minutes
- Sautéed pak choi with garlic slices is ready to serve.
