  • Hairy fig – 50 g
  • Dried Chinese yam – 30 g
  • Melon – half
  • Water – 2,500 ml
  • Salt – Around 1/2 teaspoon

Direction

  • Peel the melon, wash it thoroughly, and cut it into pieces.
  • Rinse the dried Chinese yam and five-finger fig with clean water. 
  • Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add all the ingredients. 
  • Boil over high heat for 10 minutes, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 1.5 hours. Add salt to taste before serving.
