Fried Glass Noodle With Black Pepper

Many people love to have glass noodle which is made up of green bean traditionally. It is an alternative of carbohydrate dish. The dish of fried glass noodle with black pepper is not only yummy but also a low-calorie cuisine. Apart from blanching the glass noodle, the fried glass noodle is another way of cooking. How to fry the glass noodle successfully is not easy. Again, wetly frying is quite easy for us to handle.

Ingredients (serves 1 person)

  • Oyster king mushrooms (medium / small) – 4 pieces
  • Olive oil – 2 teaspoons (For marinating)
  • Olive oil – 4 teaspoons (For frying)
  • Black pepper – Up to you (For marinating)
  • Sesame oil – 2 teaspoons (For marinating)
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon (For marinating)
  • Rice wine – 2 teaspoons (For marinating)
  • Mirin – 1 teaspoon (For marinating)
  • Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon (For marinating)
  • Mushroom powder – 1/2 teaspoon (For frying)
  • Garlic – 4-5 cloves (For frying)
  • Rice wine – 2 teaspoons (For frying)
  • Water – 2 teaspoons (For frying)
  • Glass noodle – 50 g

Direction

  • Boil water. Blanch oyster king mushroom for 2 minutes. Squeeze the excessive water out of the mushrooms
  • Mince garlic and oyster king mushrooms
  • Marinating oyster king mushrooms for 15 minutes 
  • Soak glass noodle for 8 minutes
  • Heat olive oil in a deep fry pan
  • Fry garlic slice to release the aroma
  • Put oyster king mushrooms into it. Quickly fry them. Sprinkle some rice wine into it. 
  • Before add glass noodle into it, add 4 teaspoons of water. Add glass noodle. 
  • Quickly fry. Mix them together until the glass noodle soak most of sauce up. Then, it is done. 
  • Sprinkle black pepper on the top of glass noodle.
