This is a Singaporean style fried rice noodle. When we fry rice noodle, it is highly recommended to fry it with water or some sauces like mushroom sauce or soya sauce. Then the rice noodle will not be sticky enough to become a ball of rice noodles. It is a yummy noodle cuisine with strong curry aroma in the world of tasty veggie recipes.

Ingredients (serves 1-2 people)
- Yellow bell pepper – 1/4 unit
- Red bell pepper – 1/4 unit
- Green bell pepper – 1/4 unit
- Turmeric powder – 10 g
- Curry powder (mild) – 8 g
- Rice noodle – 100 g
- Rice wine – little bit
Direction
- Boil water. Turn off the heat when the water is boiled.
- Add rice noodle into the hot water.
- Grab the rice noodle out of the hot water once the rice noodle is cooked nearly 80%
- For the rice noodle that is not well cooked, we use towel or bowl to cover it
- Heat some oil in a sauté pan
- Add the bell peppers into the pan and quickly fry them. Add some water or prefer sauce like mushroom or soya sauce into it
- Stir fry them for a minute. Put rice noodle into it and quickly fry
- Add curry powder into it and mix them
- Add some wine into it from the brim of pan. Then, add and fry it with turmeric powder
- It is ready for serving once it is mixed well
