Sautéed Mushrooms with Garlic is a sautéed vegetarian dish with a strong garlic aroma. You can cook a variety of mushrooms with this cooking technique.
Ingredients (Serve 1-2 people)
- 6 – 8 mushrooms (medium size)
- 6 – 8 shiitakes (medium size)
- 1-2 oyster king mushrooms (optional)
- Garlic – 5 cloves
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Direction
- Slice mushrooms. Pour hot water into sliced mushrooms. And wash it with some cold running water and then squeeze the water from it.
- Slice the cloves of garlic
- Heat some olive oil in a sauté pan
- Slightly stir fry garlic. Then add the slices of mushrooms and some salt. Fry them for 3 minutes
- Add some rice wine into a sauté pan from the round of sauté pan brim
- Then, add some mirin into it until mushrooms are done. Sautéed mushrooms with garlic is ready for serving
