5 spicy chicken fillet is a Chinese veggie cuisine with a strong aroma. It is cooked with some oyster king mushrooms which have a chicken fillet texture. It is crispy with the spicy aroma.
Ingredients (serves 1-2 people)
- Oyster king mushrooms (large) – 2 pieces
- Olive oil – 2 teaspoons (for marinating)
- Olive oil – 8 teaspoons (for frying)
- 5 spicy powder – 3 teaspoons (for marinating)
- 5 spicy powder – 1 teaspoon (for decorating)
- Sesame oil – 2 teaspoons (for marinating)
- Soya sauce – 2 teaspoons (for marinating)
- Corn powder – 1 teaspoon (for marinating)
- Rice wine – 2 teaspoons (for marinating)
- Sugar – 1/4 teaspoon (for marinating)
- Pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon (for marinating)
- Cake flour – around 80 g
Direction
- Pour hot water into oyster king mushrooms . And wash it with some cold running water and then squeeze the water from it. Slice it into fillet-shape with rotational cutting
- Prepare the sauce for marinating by mixing olive oil, spicy powder, sesame oil, soya sauce, corn powder, rice wine, sugar, and pepper powder. Marinate the fillets for 30 minutes.
- Put the fillets on the cake flour in a plate so that they are put with all cake flour.
- Heat some olive oil in the deep fry pan.
- Fry the fillet into golden yellow with medium fire. Then, sprinkle some five spice powder on the chicken fillet on the plate.
