Ingredients (serves 1-2 people)
- Gypsum powder – 1 teaspoon
- Cornstarch – 1 teaspoon
- Fresh soya milk – 1000 ml

- When you still simmer the soya milk in the pot, you start to prepare a mixture of cornstarch and gypsum power. You put 1 teaspoon of gypsum powder and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch into a bowl and then add 3 teaspoons of water to there.
- Once the fresh soya milk is ready, you pour the soya milk and the mixture of cornstarch and gypsum powder into another pot in parallel. Of course, please put the mixture gradually so that the the soya milk and the mixture in the pot can be mixed together evenly.
- Then, just cover the lid and leave the pot for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, you will have a pot of delicious tofu pudding.
